Benefits of Tea

Chinese Puerh
Dark& Rich Helps aide with the digestion after large heavy meals such as Thanksgiving. An ancient medicinal tea from China's Yunnan Providence. Centeries old secret allows the broad leaves to ferment longer than the oolongs, giving the tea it's own unique earthy flavor.

Black Teas

Ceylon, China, Dajeeling, India, Assam, Sri Lanka, and Himalaya Mountains. Help with lowering ones cholesterol. Strong flavor with more caffeine than other teas, but less than coffee. Black teas help with the prevention of cancer & heart disease. Strength based on number of leaves used.

Oolong

Asia -Semi-Fermented Teas, have a combination of effects as those found in Black & Green Teas. Contains less caffeine than black teas. Sweet tasting with a great aroma. Several patients while drinking 3x a day for a month noticed moderate changes for the better when suffering from Atopic Eczema. It is also known to help some with lowering glucose levels in Type 2 Diabetes.

Green Teas

Herbal Tea

South America - Caffeine Free (except for Mate1) Loved by children. Rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Can be enjoyed hot or over ice. White Tea China -Superior, rarest, most antioxidants. Very Low in Caffeine with subtle flavor
